- Delivery is scheduled with you. The freight delivery agent contacts you directly to set an appointment; freight transit is typically one to two weeks after dispatch.
- Delivered the way you chose. Free curbside (lift-gate) delivery is included. Optional upgrades offered on this product: Golden Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery.
- Inspect it on arrival. If a shipment is severely damaged, refuse it, and report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours.

If standing up from your recliner has become the hardest part of the day, the Golden PR-511 Cloud+ is built to take that strain off you. Its power lift base tilts you forward to help you to your feet. Then it lowers you back down when you sit.
The PR-511 is the most feature-rich Cloud frame Golden builds. Four motors drive its 4-Zone MaxiComfort® system. It comes in four sizes, including a Medium Wide heavy-duty build. That lets you match the chair to your height and weight.

Brisa® fabric by Ultrafabrics®
Golden Technologies' luxury upholstery option — described by Golden as the world's first breathable polyurethane fabric. It offers the refined look of leather in a soft, breathable, temperate material that won't stick to you or feel too hot or cold.
Brisa is scratch-resistant, easy to clean and disinfect, and tested to 300,000 double rubs for durability. Golden backs Brisa fabrics with a Lifetime Warranty covering original defects in materials and workmanship (per Golden's warranty terms).

FAQ
The PR-511 Cloud+ comes in four sizes so you can match it to your height and weight. The Small fits users 5'1" to 5'5" with a 23" seat, the Medium fits 5'5" to 5'10" with a 23" seat, and the Large fits 5'10" to 6'2" with a 25" seat — each rated to 400 lb. If you need a wider seat or more capacity, the Medium Wide / Heavy-Duty build fits 5'5" to 5'10" and gives you a 29" seat rated to 600 lb. Not sure which size is right for you? The PR-511 is the most feature-rich Cloud frame Golden builds, with four motors driving its 4-Zone MaxiComfort system. The power headrest, lumbar, backrest, and footrest each move on their own, so you can set every zone just the way you like it. It's an Infinite Position recliner, which means you can hold any spot across the full range instead of a few preset stops, and the programmable AutoDrive hand control lets you return to your favorite positions with one hand. The arm also has a built-in wireless phone charger, a USB port, an LED reading light, and storage compartments.
Heat and massage are available as an optional upgrade. The Advanced Nirvana Swedish Air Massage with HeatWave Far-Infrared adds 10 air chambers that cover more than 500 square inches, with adjustable modes and heat. It runs $600 over the base price — select it in the Add-Ons panel above the buy button, or call us if you'd like help.
Yes. The PR-511 Cloud+ includes a lithium battery backup, so the lift mechanism still raises and lowers the chair even when the power is out. That way you can keep using the lift and get to your feet if the electricity goes down.
The PR-511 is made in the USA and backed by Golden's manufacturer warranty — a lifetime warranty on the frame and lift mechanism, 3 years on electrical parts, and 1 year on electrical labor.
