- Shipped. This product ships from the manufacturer or by freight carrier. Carrier transit time does not include order processing or manufacturer lead time.
- Delivery is scheduled with you. The freight delivery agent contacts you directly to set an appointment; freight transit is typically one to two weeks after dispatch.
- Delivered the way you chose. Free curbside (lift-gate) delivery is included. Optional upgrades offered on this product: Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery.
- Inspect it on arrival. If a shipment is severely damaged, refuse it, and report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours.
- Changed your mind before it ships? An order can be canceled before it ships; special-order and custom-built products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

FAQ
Every size of the Evolution LC435 carries the same 400 lb weight capacity, so you can choose your size based on your height and comfort rather than the weight rating.
The Evolution comes in four sizes matched to your height. Petite Wide and Small both fit users 5'3" and under — the Petite Wide has a 24" seat, the Small an 18" seat. Medium fits 5'4" to 5'9" with a 20" seat, and Large fits 5'9" to 6'0" with a 22" seat (22.5" deep, 64" overall chair height). Cosi Mocha, Cosi Gravel and the Sta-Kleen Chestnut upgrade are available on every size; Cosi Blue Diamond and Cosi Syrah are not offered on the Petite Wide. If you're between sizes or not sure which is right, call our mobility specialists (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST) and we'll help you pick.
The Evolution offers enhanced three-position reclining, so you can sit upright, recline back to read or watch TV, or lay back for a nap using the easy-to-use toggle hand control. A fully padded chaise supports your legs to help reduce pressure points. Every chair also includes a built-in cup holder, a hidden armrest storage compartment, USB-A and USB-C charging ports, magnetic hand-control docking on both sides, and headrest and arm covers.
Yes. The Evolution includes an integrated lithium battery backup that keeps the recliner operational during power outages, so you're never left stranded in a reclined position. It's a standard feature on every size.
At checkout you can add Inside Delivery (adds 1–2 business days), where the carrier brings the boxed item inside at ground level where there are no steps (zero threshold), for example into your garage or through a step-free front door, or White Glove Delivery, which we strongly recommend for first-time lift chair buyers. White Glove includes uncrating in the room of your choice, full setup, a demonstration of the hand control and lift mechanism, and removal of all packaging. White Glove pricing varies by location — call us for a quote, or select it at checkout and we'll add the freight surcharge before processing.
Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges. Please call us before ordering and we'll make sure you get the right product the first time.
