Affordable Medical USA currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying standard parcel products within the continental United States. This promotion does not apply to freight, oversized products, or optional delivery services.

Standard parcel products

During the current promotion, qualifying standard parcel products (accessories, replacement parts and other products that ship by UPS or USPS) ship free, with no minimum order. When promotional free shipping is not offered, shipping charges for standard parcel products may be calculated at checkout based on destination, shipment weight, package characteristics and available carrier service.

Oversized and freight products

Lift chairs, mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, patient lifts, stair lifts, vehicle lifts, ramps and other oversized products may ship directly from the manufacturer or by freight carrier. Eligible products include curbside (lift-gate) delivery and may offer additional paid services such as inside delivery or white-glove setup. The available shipping and delivery options, and their charges, are displayed on the applicable product page and in your cart; they are product-specific and are not part of the standard parcel promotion.

Delivery times

Carrier transit estimates do not include order processing or manufacturer lead time. Product-specific lead times are shown on the product page where available; freight transit typically adds one to two weeks after dispatch, and delivery agents schedule freight appointments with you directly.

Geography

Shipping is currently available within the continental United States unless otherwise specifically stated. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses; if you need a local provider, call (803) 926-1493.

Inspecting your delivery

Please inspect your product on delivery. If a delivery is severely damaged, refuse it; report damage or an incorrect item to us within 48 hours so we can resolve it with the carrier or manufacturer.

Shipping charges and returns

Freight and optional delivery-service charges (for example inside delivery or white-glove setup) are not refundable unless required by law or caused by an Affordable Medical USA fulfillment error. Return shipping responsibility is governed by our Return Policy.
