Which size should I choose, and who does each one fit?

The Ultra comes in three sizes so you can match it to your height. The Small (PLR-4955S) is recommended for users 5'4" and under, the Medium (PLR-4955M) fits 5'5" to 6'0", and the Large/Tall (PLR-4955L) is made for 6'0" and taller. What comfort and positioning features does it include?

Quite a few. It has a three-zone heat system with heating pads in the shoulders, lumbar region, and seat, each with three adjustable settings so you can warm exactly where you want. It also includes an advanced lower-back massage with three intensity levels, and both the heat and massage controls are built right into the inside of the armrest. For positioning, True-Infinite Positioning moves the backrest and footrest independently, so you can sit upright, elevate your legs, or recline nearly flat, and it adds VivaLift Tilt Technology plus a power headrest and power lumbar, all adjustable at the touch of a button.

Will the chair still work during a power outage?

Yes. The VivaLift Ultra includes a lithium battery backup, so if the power goes out you can still lower the footrest and bring the chair back to an upright, stand-assist position. It's a bit of peace of mind for everyday reliability.

What's the warranty, and how is the chair delivered?

The VivaLift Ultra comes with a 7-year pro-rated warranty from Pride. For delivery you can choose Free Standard Delivery, Inside Delivery for $199 (brought inside your home), or White Glove Delivery for $299 (placed in your room of choice). Does this product require assembly?
