Shipping & Delivery
We offer tiered delivery for this product within the continental United States. Choose your tier and see current pricing in the Customize & Buy panel:
- Free Curbside Delivery — delivered to your driveway or doorstep at no cost. You are responsible for moving the product inside.
- Standard Delivery with Lift Gate (PR446) — a lift-gate truck lowers the crate to ground level at your curb; no one needs to be home to help unload.
- Premium Inside Delivery (PR446) — uncrated in the room of your choice, set up, demonstrated, and packaging removed.
- Platinum Delivery (PR446)
Most in-stock items ship within 3–6 business days; freight transit then typically adds about 1–2 weeks. Custom-built orders take longer (see the hero card above). Delivery appointments can be requested at no charge when you place your order.
Lift chairs are custom-built to your fabric and option choices — allow 30–45 days for made-to-order builds. Fabrics marked “In-Stock Program” are part of Golden’s stocked upholstery program.

The Dione supports up to 400 lb. It comes in two sizes based on your height — Medium fits about 5'5" to 5'10", and Large fits about 5'10" to 6'2" — so you can pick the one matched to your height. The seat measures 22 inches wide and 21 inches deep, giving you a roomy place to settle in.
