Delivery Options

Free Standard Residential Delivery

Lift Chairs ship via freight carrier and will be delivered to your doorstep, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery, and someone must be home to sign for the package.

This delivery option, by definition, means that the carrier service will park in front of the residence, and the addressee will be responsible for moving the product into the residence and over the first threshold.

Inside Delivery

This service includes delivery over the first threshold (ground floor level) of the addressee's home as long the box fits through the doorway. Otherwise, delivery will be to the first dry area. Delivery does not include delivery to a room of choice, removal of other products and/or furniture, unpacking or removal of in/power up, or instruction on product use.

The freight carrier will not deliver the product up any stairs or ramps nor will they unpack the product to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36” wide (the standard width of most boxes). If your doorway is not large enough to accommodate a box of this size, please consider White Glove Delivery.

White Glove Delivery

This service offers the best value for someone who needs help assembling a unit. It includes delivery to the room of choice, unboxing of the product, set-up, and power-up. Items are unpacked and assembled, and packaging debris is removed from the addressee's premises, and the is given instruction on product use. This service does not include removal of other products and/or furniture.

White Glove Delivery adds an additional 5-7 days to the total delivery time. This service may not be available in all areas. If it is not available in your area, you will be notified within 72 hours if we are unable to provide this service.
