Your UpWalker EZ Lite comes fully assembled and ready to go and it can be easily adjusted to fit you. The UpWalker EZ Lite will adjust to fit users between 4’7” tall and 5’10” tall and up to 300 lbs in weight. The lighter weight of the UpWalker EZ Lite, at just 16 lbs, makes it easy to fold up, stash in your car’s backseat or trunk, and take off. | "THIS COMPANY CARES!" "I had this walker sent to my 89-year-old mother back in Ohio; I live in California. When the walker arrived and was put together, the rear wheels were defective. I contacted the company and initially was told I'd have to go back through Amazon. I returned the walker and wrote a very unflattering review. A couple of days later, I was contacted by the Director of Customer Service at Journey Health and Lifestyle, the company that makes the walker.
