    Fit Golden Technologies and Ultra Comfort chair with 11 button remotes that have a sit or home button. Used on Maxicomfort Autodrive lift chairs that do not have power Twilight Tilt, Power Headrest or Power Lumbar. Replaces remote hand control part number ZKAD-2, ZKAD-3, ZKAD-4 and ZKAD-5.
