The Compass HD GP620 ships free with curbside LTL freight delivery to any address in the continental United States. The chair itself weighs 226 lb; it ships crated, and we can confirm the exact freight weight for your address on request. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days and arrive within 10-14 business days.
Three delivery options
- Free Curbside Freight — included with every order. The chair arrives crated; the carrier delivers to your driveway or curb. You'll need an adult to sign and to move the crate inside (recommended: two people).
- Inside Delivery — additional fee. The carrier brings the boxed item inside at ground level where there are no steps (zero threshold), for example into your garage or through a step-free front door. It is not unpacked or set up; choose White Glove for that. Useful if you don't have help to move a crated bariatric chair. Call (803) 926-1493 for pricing.
- White Glove Delivery — highly recommended for the GP620. Includes full uncrating in the room of your choice, assembly (the chair ships partially disassembled for transport), demo on charging and operation, and packaging removal. Worth the upgrade fee for first-time bariatric chair owners.
