Optional Top Lip Extension (TLE)
For SUVs, vans, and other vehicles with larger rear bumpers, the optional Top Lip Extension (TLE) extends the top lip from 3 inches to 9 inches, helping the ramp clear the bumper for a smoother loading angle. Please note that using the TLE reduces the ramp's maximum weight capacity to 500 lbs.

Lifetime Warranty (frame)
EZ-ACCESS warrants the Suitcase Singlefold ramp's aluminum frame against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Surface tread, hinges, and hardware are covered for one (1) year from date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage from impact, exceeding the rated capacity, modification, or normal wear of the surface tread under heavy commercial use. Surface re-application is available as a paid service.

Shipping & Delivery
The Suitcase Singlefold ships free with curbside delivery to any address in the continental United States. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days.
Lengths of 6 feet and shorter ship via standard ground (UPS/FedEx). Lengths of 7 ft and 8 ft are oversized — they ship via LTL freight and require an adult signature.
Inspect on arrival
Aluminum ramps occasionally arrive with scuffed packaging — that's normal. Confirm the ramp itself is undamaged before signing. If you see frame damage, refuse the delivery and call us immediately at (803) 926-1493.
