Pride Jazzy EVO 613 Li Power Chair

The Jazzy EVO 613 has a 300 lb (136 kg) weight capacity. You can pick from three high-back seat sizes — 16″W × 16–18″D, 18″W × 18–20″D, or 20″W × 18–20″D — in either a memory-foam Captain seat or a Solid Pan seat, so you can match the width and depth to your build. Every seat is depth-adjustable with a swivel function, and the seat-to-floor height adjusts between 19.75″ and 21.25″.

This is the narrowest Jazzy yet, with a 22″ overall base width and a matching 22″ turning radius, so it's built to move through standard doorways, hallways, and tight indoor spaces like apartments and older homes. It rides on a Mid-Wheel 6® platform with 13″ solid mid-wheel drive tires and Active-Trac® (ATX) suspension for stable handling over thresholds and carpet, and it has 3″ of ground clearance. Overall length is 41″ with the footrest on, or 35″ without.

The Jazzy EVO 613 Li runs on one 25V lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery and travels up to 17.6 miles per charge — with 25% faster charging and 55% lighter batteries than the standard SLA version, with a top speed of up to 5.1 mph. It includes a 3.5 amp off-board charger and gives you quick battery access without getting out of the chair. If you'd like more range and faster charging, you can order the Jazzy EVO 613 Li, which upgrades to lithium iron phosphate batteries (up to 17.6 miles at 300 lb); please note the lithium version is not airline-approved.

Right out of the box, the EVO 613 comes with a depth-adjustable, limited-recline memory-foam high-back seat that includes a swivel function to make getting on and off easier. The armrests adjust for height, width, depth, and angle, and the Active-Trac® (ATX) suspension helps smooth out the ride. You can personalize it further with options like swing-away or elevating leg rests, plus accessories such as a cup holder, rear basket, cane/crutch holder, or oxygen tank holder. It's offered in six matte colors: Black, White, Red, Robin's Egg Blue, Iceberg Blue, and Sugar Plum.

The Jazzy EVO 613 is covered by a 5-year limited frame warranty, a 13-month limited warranty on the drivetrain and electronics, and a 13-month limited warranty on the batteries. For delivery you can choose Free Curbside Delivery, Inside Delivery ($199), or Premium Delivery ($299), and optional 2-year ($295) or 3-year ($385) in-home service contracts are available if you'd like extended coverage. It's an FDA Class II medical device and is Medicare reimbursable.

Yes — eligible Pride products include a One-Year In-Home Labor Service Agreement at no added charge. Optional Two-Year ($295) and Three-Year ($385) agreements can be added at checkout.
