  1. Order received. Your options and delivery choice are saved with the order, and you get an order confirmation by email.
  2. Shipped. This product ships from the manufacturer or by freight carrier. Carrier transit time does not include order processing or manufacturer lead time.
  3. Delivery is scheduled with you. The freight delivery agent contacts you directly to set an appointment; freight transit is typically one to two weeks after dispatch.
  4. Delivered the way you chose. Free curbside (lift-gate) delivery is included. Optional upgrades offered on this product: Inside Delivery, Premium Delivery.
  5. Inspect it on arrival. If a shipment is severely damaged, refuse it, and report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours.
  6. Changed your mind before it ships? An order can be canceled before it ships; special-order and custom-built products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Pride Jazzy Air 2 Elevating Power Wheelchair

The Jazzy Air 2 is a mid-wheel power chair with a power-elevating seat: at the touch of a switch it rises 12″ in about 11 seconds, bringing you to standing eye level for conversations, counters, and cabinets — and it keeps driving at up to 4 mph while elevated. Capacity is 300 lbs.

  • Ground clearance is 1″ — this chair is happiest indoors and on smooth, level surfaces.
  • It weighs 252 lbs and does not disassemble — plan on a vehicle lift for transport.

The Jazzy Air 2 supports riders up to 300 lb. This includes the rider plus any items carried (groceries, a small bag, etc.). For best long-term reliability, plan to operate around 80% of the rated capacity for daily use.

The Jazzy Air 2 has a rated range of up to 16.8 miles with the standard U-1 batteries (up to 19.2 miles with the optional 40 Ah battery upgrade). Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain (hills shorten range), tire pressure, and battery age. Plan trips around 70-80% of the rated range to be safe.

Yes — eligible Pride products include a One-Year In-Home Labor Service Agreement at no added charge. Optional Two-Year ($295) and Three-Year ($395) agreements can be added at checkout. The labor-service program and the manufacturer's parts warranty are separate programs. To start service, contact us. Coverage is subject to the actual service agreement and applicable service-area terms.

Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
