Ships by freight within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC; freight transit typically adds about 1–2 weeks after the item ships. Delivery appointments can be requested at no charge when you order.

- Inside Delivery — brought just inside a zero-threshold entrance, such as a garage with no step (Inside Delivery = zero steps).

Yes. Pride Go Chair is covered by the Pride Mobility's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Yes — eligible Pride products include a One-Year In-Home Labor Service Agreement at no added charge. Optional Two-Year ($295) and Three-Year ($355) agreements can be added at checkout. The labor-service program and the manufacturer's parts warranty are separate programs. To start service, contact us. Coverage is subject to the actual service agreement and applicable service-area terms.
Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
