This is a Tri-layered foam replacement mattress with a full cold cool visco elastic foam top layer.   Prius VLX has zoned middle layer comfort foam and heel soft foam foot section.  The mattress also has a firm foam support base layer.  Comes with a urethane 4-way stretch top cover and vinyl base cover.  The mattress is 36"W x 80L" x 6" H but can be purchased in 42"x80" L X 6"H . Prius Foam Mattressses are a low to high risk system for patients who are at risk of developing stage 1,2 and single site stage 3 pressure ulcers, according to your sound clinical judgment.
