The Triaxe Cruze targets a specific buyer: someone who needs more than a transport chair but doesn't want a full-size 4-wheel scooter. The 3-wheel layout sacrifices a small amount of stability on cambered surfaces in exchange for a tighter turning radius and lighter total package — the right trade-off for indoor-heavy daily use and air travel.
The 24V/12Ah lithium-ion battery is FAA Type B compliant (under 300 Wh), so it travels as carry-on or checked baggage on every major U.S. airline and most international carriers. A second battery can be carried as separate baggage to double effective daily range.

The Triaxe Cruze ships free with curbside delivery to any address in the continental United States. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Three delivery options
- Free Curbside Drop Shipping — included with every order. Carrier brings the boxed scooter to your driveway or doorstep. Total shipped weight is approximately 90 lb (scooter + battery + carton).
- Inside Delivery — for an additional fee, the carrier brings the boxed item inside at ground level where there are no steps (zero threshold), for example into your garage or through a step-free front door. It is not unpacked or set up; choose White Glove for that. Useful for apartment buildings or anyone who prefers not to handle the box. Call (803) 926-1493 for pricing.
- White Glove Delivery — full-service: scooter is uncrated in the room of your choice, set up, demonstrated, and packaging removed. Best for first-time buyers. Call for white-glove pricing.
Color lead time
Triaxe Cruze is available in red and blue. Both colors ship from in-stock inventory; lead time is identical (1-2 business days warehouse, 5-10 in transit).

What's covered
Manufacturing defects in the frame, drive motor, electronics, and battery cells are covered when the scooter is used under normal operating conditions for the rated weight capacity. We handle in-warranty repairs through the Triaxe authorized service network and ship covered parts directly to you.
What's not covered
- Normal wear on tires, casters, padding, and upholstery
- Damage from accidents, drops, water immersion, or improper transport
- Battery performance loss after 500 charge cycles (standard for Li-Ion technology)
- Modifications or use of non-OEM replacement parts
