It's a ProCare Bariatric Electric. Full-body lifts handle users who can't bear weight at all, lifting them via a sling from one surface to another (bed to chair, chair to commode).
Patient lift slings are sold separately because the right sling depends on the user's weight, mobility level, and the transfers being performed. Call (803) 926-1493 with your situation and we'll recommend the right sling.
Most patient lift batteries deliver 50-100 lift cycles per full charge. Charge the lift overnight when not in use, or on a wall charger between transfers. A full charge from empty takes 4-8 hours. Plan to replace the battery every 2-3 years of daily use.
Patient lifts are sometimes covered by Medicare Part B as Durable Medical Equipment when prescribed for use at home. Coverage depends on your specific plan and a doctor's prescription documenting medical necessity. We don't bill Medicare directly — we sell to consumers and authorized DME providers; check with your provider before ordering.
