Returns. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first. Items must be unused, unassembled and in like-new condition with their original packaging; the customer pays return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Full return policy

FAQ
This Sani/toileting sling attaches to BestCare floor/patient lifts (2-point or 6-point spreader bar) AND BestCare sit-to-stand (BestStand SA) lifts (4-point boom) for supported sitting transfers. It is NOT compatible with the PL350CT car-transfer lift. Sling compatibility depends on the lift model, attachment system and intended transfer type — confirm the compatible models before ordering.
Slings are sized by user weight (S/M/L/XL) plus body type (full-body, U-shape, divided-leg, etc.). The user's weight should fall in the middle of the size range for the best fit. Call us with the user's weight and the transfers being performed; we'll recommend the right size and style.
Inspect slings before every use for fraying straps, loose stitching, or tears in the fabric. Cloth slings typically last 6-18 months under daily use; mesh and nylon last longer. Replace immediately if you see any wear that affects load-bearing seams or hooks.

Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
