Three powered functions: head lift (to 62°), knee break (to 42°) and hi-lo height adjustment, all from the wired backlit hand control. It does not tilt (Trendelenburg) — that is an IC333 function.

From 12 in to 24 in measured from the floor to the top of the mattress platform (your mattress adds its own height). Under the bed there is 7 in of clearance.

390 lb per bed, and Icare states that figure includes any Icare mattress. A Dual King is two Twin XL beds side by side, so each side carries 390 lb.

Yes. An external rechargeable battery backup is standard and switches over automatically if the power fails, so the bed can still be lowered and adjusted.

The sleep surface is Twin XL, 80 in × 36 in. Icare designs the bed for its own mattresses (IC15 firm, IC20 and IC30 gel); tell us which mattress you want when you order so the bed and mattress arrive together.

Icare offers its own U-Assist, high, low, extendable and full-length side rails, rail covers, a freestanding over-bed pole, a blanket cradle and upholstered headboards and footboards. They are not listed online yet — call us and we will add them to your order.

Yes. The Dual King option is two Twin XL IC222 beds placed side by side with no gap, each with its own hand control, so partners can adjust independently.

Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
