Model & Vehicle Fit
You must have a hitch receiver on your vehicle for this lift to be installed. Tell us what you have — Class 2 has a 1-7/8″ opening, Class 3 has a 2″ opening. We confirm every vehicle-lift order by phone before shipping.
Harmar offers over 30 drop-hitch options — these are the most commonly purchased. We'll contact you to confirm the correct adapter; please have the height from the ground to the middle of your hitch receiver handy.
Power & Installation
Three ways to power your lift: the hardwire kit runs wiring from your vehicle battery to the rear of the vehicle; the 7-pin hookup works on most vehicles with a 7-pin connector installed; the battery pack runs the lift on its own battery with no wiring involved.
Certified LiftSquad installation, or install it yourself.
Optional Upgrades
Adds a swing-away joint so the lift pivots aside for full access to your rear door. Standard swing-away carries up to 400 lb; the lightweight version up to 350 lb. On HD lifts the lightweight swing-away may not fit — we confirm compatibility before shipping.
The lift includes a place to relocate your license plate, but some states require a riser: it may be required in CA, AZ, NV, CO, UT, ND, SD, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, HI, AK, FL, TX & AL, and possibly others — it's your responsibility to know your state's regulations.
