Overview
The BestCare Hoyer Classic Replacement Padded Split-Leg Sling is a padded, divided-leg (U-style) full-body sling. All six variants are padded. Available in Medium, Large, and X-Large, with or without head support.
⚠ Compatibility
Use only with compatible BestCare 6-point or 2-point spreader bars. Verify the lift, spreader-bar configuration, sling size and lowest applicable weight capacity before use.
Safety information
- Weight capacity: Medium and Large maximum 500 lb; X-Large maximum 600 lb.
- Never exceed the lowest-rated component in the lift/spreader-bar/sling system.
- Inspect the sling before each use.
- Do not use if torn, frayed, altered or damaged.

All BestCare products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship:
