What happens after you order
- Order received. Your options and delivery choice are saved with the order, and you get an order confirmation by email.
- Shipped. This product ships direct from Stander. Carrier transit time does not include order processing or manufacturer lead time.
- Delivery is scheduled with you. The freight delivery agent contacts you directly to set an appointment; freight transit is typically one to two weeks after dispatch.
- Delivered the way you chose. Free curbside (lift-gate) delivery is included.
- Inspect it on arrival. If a shipment is severely damaged, refuse it, and report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours.
- Changed your mind before it ships? An order can be canceled before it ships; special-order and custom-built products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

- Included hardware for optional hard-mounting — secure the pole to the floor and ceiling if you'd like extra reassurance.
- Adjustable to fit flat ceilings from 7 to 10 feet — fits most rooms, and the grab bar itself sets between 32" and 52" high.
- Zinc-plated steel with a powder-coated finish — built to hold up to daily use in the home.
Though no drilling is required, it does come with a kit to attach to ceiling studs and the floor if you are looking for a total solution.

Returns. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first. It's a floor-to-ceiling support pole that gives you a secure handhold for sitting down and standing up — handy next to a bed, chair, or anywhere in the home. Its rotating double-handle grab bar rotates and locks every 45° so you can set the grips where they feel natural, and the heavy-duty reinforced design supports up to 400 lbs.
It's height-adjustable to fit flat ceilings between 7 and 10 feet, so it works in most standard rooms. The grab bar itself can be positioned between 32 and 52 inches high to match your preferred grip height. It is designed for flat ceilings.
No drilling is required — the Wonder Pole HD installs using tension between the floor and ceiling, so you can place it without damaging your home. If you'd prefer added security, hardware is included to hard-mount the pole to the floor and ceiling, but that step is optional.
Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
