The rail extends from 23" to 30", so you can size it to your bed, and it fits mattress sizes from twin to California King with a 10"–12" mattress height. It secures to traditional beds and wooden adjustable base beds with the included strap or screws.

It places a curved steel support handle at the side of your bed, giving you something firm to hold while sitting up, turning, or getting in and out of bed. It has a 300 lb weight capacity and includes a faux-leather pouch and cup holder to keep everyday essentials within reach.
The rail extends from 23" to 30" and accommodates mattress sizes from twin to California King with a mattress height of 10"–12". It works with traditional beds and wooden adjustable base beds, and it is not compatible with metal bed frames.
It secures to your bedframe with the included safety strap or screws, and assembly is required before use. The curved handle detaches from the base with the tool-free EZ Click button, so it is simple to remove for cleaning or storage. The rail weighs about 13.5 lbs and passed the ASTM F3186-17 safety standard for adult portable bed rails.
