What happens after you order

- Delivery is scheduled with you. The freight delivery agent contacts you directly to set an appointment; freight transit is typically one to two weeks after dispatch.
- Delivered the way you chose. Free curbside (lift-gate) delivery is included.
- Inspect it on arrival. If a shipment is severely damaged, refuse it, and report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours.
- Changed your mind before it ships? An order can be canceled before it ships; special-order and custom-built products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Returns. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first. It fits mattresses 10"–12" thick and works on beds from Twin to California King, including traditional beds and wooden adjustable base beds. It secures to your bed frame using the included safety strap or screws.
The handle attaches to your bed frame with the included safety strap or with screws. Its EZ click button lets you remove the handle from the base in seconds and click it back into place just as easily, so you can take it off whenever you like.
Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
