A single-piece threshold plate for small rises
The TRANSITIONS Angled Entry Plate is the simplest way to take the edge off a low threshold, sill or lip. It is one formed piece of aluminum, 32 in wide, with an applied slip-resistant surface on top. Choose the length by the rise you need to cover: the 8 in plate handles rises up to about 1.3 in, the 10 in up to about 1.6 in and the 12 in up to 2 in.

EZ-ACCESS warrants its parts and components against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product for the original purchaser (non-transferable; proof of purchase required). The warranty excludes the applied slip-resistant surface and powder-coated finishes, ordinary wear, and damage from misuse, improper loads or alteration. Remedy is repair or replacement at the manufacturer's option; contact us and we will open the claim with EZ-ACCESS.

This product ships by freight or directly from the manufacturer within the continental United States. Free curbside (lift-gate) or drop-ship delivery is included where the product page says so; it is not part of the standard parcel free-shipping promotion. Match the plate to the rise: 8 in for rises up to about 1.3 in, 10 in up to about 1.6 in, 12 in up to 2 in (EZ-ACCESS tech specs). All three are 32 in wide.
It can be set in place or anchored through the pre-drilled slots with the hardware EZ-ACCESS includes; anchoring keeps it from shifting under repeated use.
The plate (TAEP) is a fixed-angle single piece for rises up to 2 in. The Angled Entry Ramp (TAER) is vertically adjustable, covering rises from about 1-15/16 in to 5-7/8 in depending on length.
An applied slip-resistant surface. EZ-ACCESS's lifetime warranty covers the aluminum plate; applied surfaces and coatings are treated as wear items.
Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us at (803) 926-1493 if you have questions about a specific product.
