Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more (after discounts) within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Orders under $35 that include replacement parts pay a flat $9.95 standard shipping charge, once per order.

Returns. For health, safety, sanitation, and manufacturer requirements, this type of product is generally non-returnable once shipped. Shipping damage, missing items or an incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and a product that arrives defective or fails within the manufacturer’s warranty is handled as a warranty claim, not a return. This product is covered by Golden Technologies' manufacturer limited warranty. Golden includes a 1-year in-home service warranty at no additional cost; longer-term coverage on the frame and components varies by model.
