EZ-ACCESS lifetime warranty on the aluminum frame for the original purchaser. Hinges, hardware, and tread surface covered for 1 year. The 8 ft and 10 ft lengths are intended for occasional residential use; sustained heavy commercial loading may shorten tread life and is excluded from warranty.

Free curbside delivery in the continental US. The 5-7 ft lengths ship UPS Ground (1-2 business days warehouse, 5-10 in transit). The 8 ft and 10 ft lengths require LTL freight with an adult signature on delivery.
For 10 ft orders we strongly recommend Inside Delivery upgrade ($50-120 depending on zip code) — call to add it.
