What happens after you order
- Order received. Your options and delivery choice are saved with the order, and you get an order confirmation by email.
- Shipped. This product ships direct from Stander. Carrier transit time does not include order processing or manufacturer lead time.
- Delivery is scheduled with you. The freight delivery agent contacts you directly to set an appointment; freight transit is typically one to two weeks after dispatch.
- Delivered the way you chose. Free curbside (lift-gate) delivery is included.
- Inspect it on arrival. If a shipment is severely damaged, refuse it, and report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours.
- Changed your mind before it ships? An order can be canceled before it ships; special-order and custom-built products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Each cover goes on in seconds: just moisten it with water and stretch it over the top of the knob. No tools, no hardware, and no permanent changes to your door.

Returns. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first.
