What happens after you order

- Shipped. This product ships direct from Stander. Carrier transit time does not include order processing or manufacturer lead time.
- Delivery is scheduled with you. The freight delivery agent contacts you directly to set an appointment; freight transit is typically one to two weeks after dispatch.
- Delivered the way you chose. Free curbside (lift-gate) delivery is included.
- Inspect it on arrival. If a shipment is severely damaged, refuse it, and report damage or a wrong item within 48 hours.
- Changed your mind before it ships? An order can be canceled before it ships; special-order and custom-built products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

The Stander Elite Travel Rollator HD is a heavy-duty, four-wheel rolling walker built for larger and taller users, with a frame rated to support up to 450 lbs. Its anodized aluminum construction keeps the whole rollator to just 30 lbs, so you can maneuver and lift it with less strain. When you need a break, the wide seat (21" x 10", fixed at 22" high) gives you a comfortable place to sit.

Returns. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first. Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
