Returns. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first. Items must be unused, unassembled and in like-new condition with their original packaging; the customer pays return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Full return policy

The Elite Travel Rollator comes in two sizes so you can match it to your height. The Standard model's handles adjust from 33" to 36", while the Short model's adjust from 27" to 30". Pick the range that lets you stand upright with a slight bend in your elbows and your shoulders relaxed. Both sizes support up to 250 lbs.
No assembly is required. Simply remove the rollator from the box, unfold it, and adjust the handle height to fit you. When you want to hold it steady — for example, before sitting on the built-in seat — engage the locking hand brakes.
Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
