The ShowerGlyde SG2 is a two-seat sliding transfer bench designed for use in bathrooms where a toilet is adjacent to a tub, featuring height-adjustable legs, a grab bar, seatbelt, and multiple seat options including an open commode seat, reducer ring, and solid seat insert.
ShowerGlyde Model SG2 is a sliding transfer bench designed to fit in an environment with a toilet adjacent to the tub. Similar to SG1, SG2 slides effortlessly over the tub and locks at two points; on the inside and outside of the tub. A longer set of rails accommodates the use of the commode over the adjacent toilet. SG2 can be assembled as a left or right-hand unit. One grab bar, installed on the wall-side of the rails, is included for support during sliding. SG2 is height adjustable allowing clearance over tub lips up to 19.5 inches. Optional extension legs are available for taller tub lips (up to 25"). SG2 also comes standard with a seatbelt and a seat with 3 options: an open commode seat for use over the toilet, a reducer ring, and a solid seat insert.
