Overview

A wheelchair platform lift for a change in level — a separate system from the FlexStep, not a variant of it. Despite the name it is not limited to very low rises: Liftup's own assessment form puts its travel above the FlexStep's.

Key specifications

Function Vertical platform lift
Rise range 71–1350 mm (2.75"–53.15")
Platform widths 800 and 900 mm (31.5", 35.4") for residential; 1100 mm (43.3") for commercial
Platform length 1397 mm (55") on every version
Additional installation width +260 mm (10.23") beyond the platform width
Setting Indoor and outdoor depending on configuration
Site A level floor and a smooth vertical wall face, as with the FlexStep

These figures come from Liftup's FlexStep / EasyLift assessment form. Final configuration depends on site measurements.

How AME handles this

We measure the space, confirm the system fits and quote the complete installed job. Final configuration depends on site measurements, and installation requirements and any local permitting or code requirements vary by property — we confirm all of it during the assessment.

Free assessments are offered in Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding area.
