Overview
This replacement fork head threads onto the stroke-pipe shaft of most lift chairs that use a DewertOkin (OKIN) DeltaDrive motor. It uses a left-hand (reverse) thread, so it will not interchange with right-hand fork heads that look similar.
Fits many Golden Technologies, Pride, and Mega Motion chairs—as well as other brands—when they are equipped with an OKIN DeltaDrive (and many Limoss MD120 / older Dewert actuators). Confirm your motor and thread direction before ordering.
Safety note: This plastic fork head is designed to break first so the motor and frame are protected. The usual causes are extra load on the chair (standing, jumping, extra weight on the arms or footrest) or running the lift while the chair is jammed against a wall. If the fork head keeps failing, fix the underlying issue rather than replacing the part alone.
