Later GB148E production runs use a different kit series — include your scooter's model and serial number in the order notes and we'll confirm the correct kit before shipping.

Free standard shipping within the continental United States during the promotion (excludes freight, oversized products and optional delivery services). When the promotion is not running, parcel shipping is calculated at checkout from destination, weight and package.

Returns. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first. Items must be unused, unassembled and in like-new condition with their original packaging; the customer pays return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Full return policy

Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges. Please call us before ordering and we'll make sure you get the right product the first time.
