Returns. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first. Items must be unused, unassembled and in like-new condition with their original packaging; the customer pays return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Full return policy

This is a sit-to-stand accessory. It attaches with a Velcro belt and a 2-point hook-up to a BestCare sit-to-stand (BestStand SA) lift's 4-Point Boom. It does NOT use universal hooks and does not fit standard patient (floor) lifts, car-transfer bars, or 2-point/6-point spreader bars. Confirm your lift is a BestCare sit-to-stand model before ordering; call us if unsure.
Slings are sized by user weight and body type. Measure the user seated and match to the size chart; when between sizes, size down for a snug, supportive fit. Call us for help.
Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs (if used), mobility scooters (unless otherwise stated), patient lifts, replacement parts & batteries, and certain personal-care items — are generally non-returnable once shipped, and eligible returns may carry restocking and freight charges.
