The AeroFly Ultra-Lite Transport Chair is the attendant-propelled member of the Aero family. Its patent-protected magnesium alloy frame weighs 13 lb (about 17 lb with the rear wheels fitted), so a caregiver can lift it into a trunk with one hand and steer it with the other.

- Quick-release 13 in. rear wheels with flat-free treaded tires and lightweight spoke rims; 6 in. front casters.
- Fold-down backrest and an X-fold frame that closes to 10.8 in. wide; seat-integrated carry handles.
- Attendant brakes on the push handles plus wheel locks; European-style swing-away footrests with ergonomic release levers.
- Fixed desk-length arms with molded armrest pads, and removable padded seat and back overlay cushions.

No. A transport chair has small rear wheels and is pushed by a companion. For self-propelling, choose the AeroFly Ultra-Lite Wheelchair, which uses the same magnesium frame with 22 in. rear wheels.
The frame is 13 lb. With the quick-release rear wheels fitted it is about 17 lb; pop the wheels off and the two pieces are lighter still.
Yes. The backrest folds down and the frame folds to 10.8 in. wide, with carry handles built into the seat.
