Returns. For health, safety, sanitation, and manufacturer requirements, this type of product is generally non-returnable once shipped. Shipping damage, missing items or an incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and a product that arrives defective or fails within the manufacturer’s warranty is handled as a warranty claim, not a return.
