Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobility Solutions LLC, its licensors, and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from (a) your use of or access to the Service (including any use by someone using your account and password); (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) any Content posted on the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mobility Solutions LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must discontinue using the Service.
