LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Pride offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, effective from the date of purchase. For the lifetime of your product, Pride will, at its discretion, repair or replace any of the following components found to be defective in material or workmanship, as determined by an authorized Pride representative. This service is provided free of charge:
- Structural Frame Components, including:
- Main Frame
- Fork
- Seat Post
- Tiller Frame
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at its discretion, any of the following parts found to be defective in material or workmanship, as determined by an authorized Pride representative. This service is provided free of charge to the original purchaser.
Please note: Warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from the use of non-Pride original parts or accessories not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.

SIX-MONTH WARRANTY
The batteries included with your product are covered under a separate six-month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. Pride does not warrant the batteries.
Important: To maintain battery warranty coverage, the battery charge must be properly maintained. For products not used regularly or stored for extended periods (before or after purchase), the batteries must be charged once a week for 24 hours. Failure to follow this charging routine will void the warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following items are not covered under this warranty and may require replacement due to normal wear and tear:
- ABS Plastic Shrouds
- Motor Brushes
- Upholstery and Seating
- Brake Pads
- Tires and Tubes
- Fuses or Bulbs
Additionally, the warranty does not cover:
- Circumstances beyond Pride's control
- Labor, service calls, shipping, or other charges incurred during repairs, unless specifically authorized in advance by Pride Mobility Products
- Repairs or modifications made to any part without prior written consent from Pride
